UnEMR is the uncomplicated electronic medical record app designed specifically to meet the needs of healthcare providers and their patients. It is simple and intuitive, and does not require long training sessions for first time users. It is FREE (donation only) and intended for independent healthcare providers in various urban practice and rural healthcare settings. UnEMR links providers to other providers locally, nationally and internationally with up-to-date practice/specialization information to foster partnerships that promote wholistic health. UnEMR is intended for use in the Philippines but it can also be used elsewhere --- it allows providers to collaborate with other providers anywhere in the world to care for their patients, paving the way for borderless medicine. UnEMR can support medical missions and emergency/disaster medical response efforts.
