The recommendations for Covid-19 testing [on 1) sample pooling and 2) antibody/PCR tests] were developed by University of San Agustin Center for Informatics and University of the Philippines Manila researchers, endorsed by the Philippine-American Association of Scientist and Engineers (PAASE), and sent to the Department of Health (DOH) and the Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for consideration.
