Our very own Dr. de Castro shared great insights with some of the brightest minds in the region at the National Academy of Science and Technology’s Regional Scientific Meeting (NAST RSM) in the Philippines. 

Dr. de Castro's opportunity to contribute to meaningful conversations that drive innovation, research, and national development highlights the ATIPAN's core principles: prioritize the marginalized, empower community and promote well-being, and push forward technology/innovation deployment to the most underserved to prevent further inequities.
