On December 18, 2024, the College of Medicine celebrated its 15 years of quality excellence with its MD-PhD (Molecular Medicine) Program and welcomed the 15th batch of MD-PhD scholars signing the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), continuing the legacy in an event, “Pagdayaw: Towards Transforming Filipino Healthcare through Innovative Translation Medical Research.”
Dr. Pia Zamora-Rico, one of the passionate doctors of ATIPAN, won "Outstanding Community Service and Public Health Award" for her pivotal role in the design and implementation of telemedicine through the ATIPAN Project, uniting, taking care of, and empowering 10 vulnerable communities, including seven Ati groups. We are very proud of this achievement as this does not only show Dr. Zamora's passion and love for the community but also a statement for better and inclusive healthcare in the Philippines.
