The Poison Control Network (PCN) is a consortium of the 13 government poison control centers of the Philippines:

The PCN patient registry will serve as the centralized source of toxicology patient data of the 13 poison control centers for research purposes. The patient registry also aims to serve as a pesticide surveillance system so that the health (in terms of pesticide/chemical poisoning) of farmers and factory workers are monitored.
The principal investigators are Dr. Cherie Grace Quingking, a toxicologist, public health researcher, hospital manager and clinical epidemiologist at Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH), Dr. Romulo de Castro, PCHRD Balik-scientist and director of University of San Agustin Center for Informatics, and Dr. Armie Gutierrez, a practicing clinical toxicologist and faculty of pharmacology in University of San Agustin.
